خلال مؤتمر أنتل للمطوريين للعام 2011 أعلنت شركة DisplayLink بأطلاق قطعة محول من USB 3.0 إلى HDMI تستخدم رقاقة DL-3500 و والتي ستمكنك من بثّ المحتويات بدرجة وضوح تصل إلى 2560 إلى 1600 كما أن هذه القطعه بأمكانها دعم تقنية الأبعاد الثلاثه للشاشات الكبيره مع دعم الأنظمه الصوتيه 2.1 و 5.1 وهذا خبر سيسعد محبي الألعاب .للأسف لاتوجد معلومات أخرى .

The DisplayLink DL-3500 chip gives the Winstars USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter the ability to use an HDTV monitor in either mirror mode or extended mode, at resolutions up to 2560 x 1600, with ultra-low latency, smooth window and cursor movement, and full support for full-screen 3D games and video playback. It also features 2.1/5.1 channel audio and auto-sensing hot plug support.
