وأخيرا تم الاعلان عن خليفة الجالكسي تاب الجهاز اللوحي الحقيقي Galaxy Tab II نعم أنه بشاشه 10.1 أنش ومزود برحيق العسل ومعالج ثنائي النواة والكاميرا بالفعل 8 ميجابيكسل مع فلاش LED  مع كاميرا أماميه 2 ميجابيكسل وسيكون متوفر بسعتين 16 و32 جيجابايت وهو أقل سماكة من الأيباد بـ 0.4 أنش بل أقل سماكة من الزوووم أيضا  والشاشه ليست سوبر أموليد ولا أموليد بل شاشة LCD العاديه وهنالك منفذ للشريحه ويدعم تقنية الوايرلس والبلوتوث ومنفذ صوتي 3.5 ملم المحزن في الأمر أنه لايملك منفذ USB و لا HDMI  .
